Busy off season for Spectrum
After the busiest off season in the Company’s history Spectrum have emerged on top of the Formula Ford world, leading series in every country they are represented.
At Lime Rock Park last weekend, US star Jake Eidson took his third win in a row and now leads the US F1600 series, while new Spectrum team Exclusive Autosport filled five of a possible six podium places at Mont Tremblant, Quebec to be one, two, three in the Canadian Championship.
Success doesn’t stop there, with Kevin Mills Racing’s driver Steve Jensen leading the Castle Combe championship in the UK.
Spectrum Racing Cars owner Michael Borland says “It’s great to have the Spectrum Brand represented by so many quality teams around the world, and add to that Synergy Motorsport winning three of the first four AFFC races plus Tom Grech from our own team leading the Victorian Formula Ford Series, it’s a fantastic start to the year”.
With two F2000 wings & slicks cars to be delivered shortly, taking the total number of cars exported to over 20, Spectrum is rapidly establishing itself as a major player in the open wheel arena.
Spectrum Racing Cars are distributed in North America by Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing, Cameron Racing, and now in Canada by Exclusive Management Inc.
